MARCEL architects is a collaboration between Koen Schoukens (°1983)  and Carmine Van der Linden (°1992), based in vibrant cities as Ghent and Brussels. A young dynamic architectural office with a focus on projects of various scales. Our journey has been fueled by years of hands-on experience at renowned firms such as Eugeen Liebaut, LOW Architecten, DBLV architecten and Dierendonckblancke architects. These experiences have shaped us, allowing us to contribute to the creation of intricate projects on a grand scale.

Our practice is focused on creating buildings, places and moments which have a distinct and meaningful character. Our focus lies in tailoring the perfect approach to meet the demands of each unique project and adopting a first-principles approach to sustainability.

Immersing ourselves in a systematic and meticulous analysis of every context and design challenge, we strive to present clear proposals. Through a collaborative and communicative process with clients and professional consultants, our projects evolve into well-supported endeavors, surpassing set ambitions.
